Shipping policy

We currently ship throughout South Africa.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

Major cities: 2–5 business days

Regional and remote areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Native Streets is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
